Scandinavian Industrialized Building System (SIBS), a global powerhouse in modular home manufacturing based in Malaysia, has secured a significant contract for Saudi Arabia’s ambitious NEOM project. They will construct 2,174 apartments across 35 buildings in what is heralded as a groundbreaking sustainable city development.
