These apartments, both one and two-bedroom layouts, will come equipped with designer kitchens, exclusive bathrooms, and balconies, showcasing the high living standards NEOM intends to foster.

In addition, the buildings will feature solar panels on their roofs, demonstrating a firm commitment to renewable energy and efficient building solutions. This initiative aligns with the global trend towards green energy and underlines NEOM’s dedication to sustainable urban living. The project’s timeline indicates that these turn-key buildings will be ready for occupancy by Q3 next year.

Erik Thomaeus, CEO of SIBS, expressed a profound sense of pride in winning this contract. He emphasized that SIBS’s selection as a supplier for NEOM validates the company’s global standing. “We have the competence and delivery strength that few in the world can match,” he said.
